If something feels wrong, tell us.
You do not need proof, and the member you report is never told who reported them. A person on our team reads every report, usually within one working day.
From the profile
Open the profile and press Report this profile at the bottom. The form opens with the profile ID already filled in — add a line or two about what happened and send it.
By email or phone
Write to contact@vivahsangini.com or call / WhatsApp +91-9971024492 (10 AM – 7 PM IST, Monday to Saturday). Include the profile ID — it starts with VVH and is shown under the name — and screenshots if you have them.
What to report
- A profile that seems fake, or uses someone else's photos
- Anyone asking you for money, gifts, OTPs or bank details
- Abusive, threatening or sexual messages
- Someone who is already married, or under the legal age to marry
- Pressure to move off VivahSangini to another app very quickly
What happens next
We review the profile and its messages. If it breaks our rules we hide it from search straight away, and we may suspend the account. If you are in immediate danger, call the police on 112 first; for online fraud you can also report to the national cyber-crime helpline on 1930 or at cybercrime.gov.in.
